Handling Time
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
All orders placed before 9 am AEST (Monday - Friday), are usually dispatched on the same business day.
Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following business day. You will be notified by email once your order has been shipped.

If you are not home when your parcel is delivered, The delivery driver will leave a notice with instructions on how and where you can collect your parcel, or you can call the courier to arrange redelivery (redelivery fees may apply). All parcels are covered by free insurance for loss or damage whilst in transit. If the parcel is damaged, do not accept the delivery. If you cannot provide proof to the courier company or us, an insurance claim may not approve after you sign for it.
