Shimano Aerlex 10000XSB Surf Reel
The latest version of the Aerlex series offers a vast improvement on the previous model. The Aerlex is the first reel series in the surf long cast big pitt reels from Shimano, designed to help surf casters achieve maximum casting distance to help reach waters that occupy coastal species. The new Aerlex offers a long cast ARC spool which allows for minimum spool lip friction for casting and line release. There have also been internal upgrades of an additional bearing on the main gear to improve the overall smoothness of rotation while the handle has been upgraded to machined Aluminium, to improve the overall strength. As with all the big pit long cast reels the Aerlex XSB is a worm driven oscillating system (Aerowrap II). This offers a much slower oscillation and more consistent line lay, that is essential for spool release and casting distance.

Handling Time
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
All orders placed before 9 am AEST (Monday - Friday), are usually dispatched on the same business day.
Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following business day. You will be notified by email once your order has been shipped.

If you are not home when your parcel is delivered, The delivery driver will leave a notice with instructions on how and where you can collect your parcel, or you can call the courier to arrange redelivery (redelivery fees may apply). If you request 'Authority to Leave' services, we are not liable for any loss or damage to the parcel.
All parcels are covered by free insurance for loss or damage whilst in transit. If the parcel is damaged, do not accept the delivery. If you cannot provide proof to the courier company or us, an insurance claim may not approve after you sign for it. Please report any damaged parcels and retail packaging to us immediately upon receipt.
Shipping Delays
For some reasons, there may be a delay in delivery times:
1. Payment wait to clear (Bank deposit usually takes about 1-2 business days to clear)
2. Orders are not shipped on Weekends or Public Holidays
3. Incorrect or incomplete address and contact number
4. Location and seasonality
5. Peak period before public holidays or after major online sales
6. Stock is faulty or damaged and needs to reorder from suppliers.
